POLICE
The role of Kosovo Police is to maintain public law and order and to prevent criminality.
PROSECUTOR
The State Prosecutor is an independent and impartial institution responsible for prosecuting persons who are suspected of committing criminal offenses as well as for representing charges at the court on behalf of the state.
COURTS
Courts treat all persons equally without discrimination on any grounds.
FREE PROFESSIONS
Free Professions are: Private Bailiff, Notary, Mediation and Bankruptcy Administrators.
AGENCY FOR FREE LEGAL AID
AFLA is an independent body which is mandated to provide free legal aid to persons who do not have sufficient financial resources and as a result are denied access to justice.
OMBUDSMAN
The Ombudsman is an independent institution in the Republic of Kosovo mandated to protect and promote the human rights and freedoms provided by legal acts
