In order to further the implementation of the European Convention on Human Rights, on 22 January the Ombudsperson Institution (OI) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) presented a guideline that provides clarification on the process of searching ECtHR judgments and the content of the database. The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) has approved the establishment of three departments in the Special Prosecution Office of Kosovo. These departments include the Department for Combating Corruption, the Department for Organized Crime and Financial Crime, and Department against Terrorism.
